Aug 06, 2025To begin the AMS 2025, on the morning of March 14, 2025, the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), in collaboration with the College of Economics, Law and Government, under UEH University (CELG-UEH), organized Workshop 01: “Time efficiency in arbitration under the effect of parallel proceedings” . The Workshop attracted nearly 200 participants, including arbitrators, mediators, lawyers, in-house counsels, and other legal professionals.
VIAC and VCCI HCM jointly organized a training course for businesses on “Contract management in share purchase agreements in M&A transactions”
Aug 04, 2025On March 13, 2025, VIAC, in collaboration with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Ho Chi Minh City Branch (VCCI-HCM), organized the training course titled “ Contract management in share purchase agreements in M&A transactions ”. The event attracted more than 60 participants, including corporate representatives, lawyers, and in-house counsels.

July 24, 2025On March 20th, 2025, the Faculty of Law at UEF hosted the National Scientific Conference titled “Law, Justice, and Development” , with this year’s theme focused on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) . The event was jointly organized by UEF, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), and the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).

Mar 18, 2025On the morning of February 20 th , 2025 , the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) met with Mr. Nguyen Khanh Ngoc, President of the Vietnam Lawyers Association on the occasion of the Association’s new Executive Board appointment for the 2024–2029 term. Discussion focused on organizational activities and future potential areas of collaboration, with an emphasis on the development and revision of the Law on Arbitration, led by the Vietnam Lawyers Association.
