Oct 29, 2025On the afternoon of August 21, 2025, the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), in cooperation with the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC), successfully organized the Training workshop titled “ Structuring and managing contracts in renewable energy production and business ” within the LMS 2025. The event attracted the participation of more than 100 representatives of enterprises and legal counsels active in the fields of energy, construction, and others.

The event attracted around 200 participants, including representatives from enterprises, experts, and legal practitioners active in the energy sector.

The seminar was led by Dr. Hà Công Anh Bảo – Head of the Faculty of Law, Foreign Trade University, Arbitrator of VIAC, and featured discussions with speakers: Dr. Nguyễn Tiến Lập - Senior Managing Lawyer at NHQuang & Associates Law Firm, Arbitrator of VIAC, and Mr. Trương Thanh Đức - Director of ANVI Law Company Limited, Arbitrator of VIAC, attracting the participation of over 100 delegates.

Oct 29, 2025Following the success of the conference titled “Legal framework and solutions for business capital mobilization” held on the morning of August 14, 2025, in the afternoon of the same day, the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), in cooperation with the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Center (ITPC), jointly organized a training workshop titled “Instructions for drafting loan agreement and resolving contract performance issues”. The Training workshop provided an in-depth analysis of practical issues in the formation and performance of the asset loan agreements. With a structure combining training sessions and discussions on practical application, the program attracted more than 100 participants who engaged in lively exchanges.
