[RECAP VAW 2026] The Vietnam ADR Connect Forum: Managing Commercial Disputes in Vietnam: ADR Practice & User Perspectives

On the morning of May 28, 2026, the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), the Viet Nam Lawyers’ Association, and the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association jointly launched the Vietnam ADR Connect Forum under the theme “Managing Commercial Disputes in Vietnam: ADR Practice & User Perspectives” . The event attracted over 200 delegates, including arbitrators, lawyers, legal experts, in-house corporate counsel, and representatives from both domestic and international arbitral institutions.

VIAC Rules of Arbitration 2026

Vietnamese and English are the official languages of the VIAC Rules 2026. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Vietnamese and English versions of these Rules and any other languages in which these Rules are published, the Vietnamese and English versions shall prevail.
