Organized by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB), the event brought together a large number of experts from leading law firms, corporations, arbitration institutions, and mediation organizations across the region and around the world. Within the framework of the event series, Mr. Vu Anh Duong – Permanent Vice President cum Secretary General of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) – attended and delivered his perspective at the Asia Civil Law Summit 2025 .

As part of the visit, on the morning of October 23rd, 2025, the delegation held a meeting with the eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre (eBRAM) and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation between the two institutions.

Oct 28, 2025On October 22 & 23, 2025, Prof. Dr. Le Hong Hanh, President of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), led the VIAC delegation to attend Hong Kong ADR Week 2025 and hold meetings with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and the eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre. During these meetings, the parties signed Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) to enhance cooperation in the field of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

Oct 28, 2025During the official visit to the Republic of Bulgaria, H.E. Mr. Tô Lâm – General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and H.E. Mr. Rumen Radev President of the Republic of Bulgaria witnessed the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) and the Arbitration Court at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI).
