Oct 28, 2025From October 21st to 24th, 2025, the delegation from the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) conducted a working visit to Hong Kong (China). As part of the visit, on the morning of October 23rd, 2025, the delegation held a meeting with the eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre (eBRAM) and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation between the two institutions.

Oct 28, 2025On October 22 & 23, 2025, Prof. Dr. Le Hong Hanh, President of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), led the VIAC delegation to attend Hong Kong ADR Week 2025 and hold meetings with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and the eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre. During these meetings, the parties signed Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) to enhance cooperation in the field of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

The event brought together more than 150 enterprises and lawyers practicing in the real estate sector.
