Aiming to discuss important issues of evidence in arbitral proceedings from different perspectives, Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) and Ho Chi Minh City University of Law jointly host the Seminar “Evidence in arbitration: The view from practice and international experience”. With this Seminar, VIAC and our partner hope to make a positive contribution, complete the legal framework governing arbitration proceedings as well as procedures of taking and submission of evidence.
Provisions of jurisdiction in Vietnamese law still have some obstacles that result in difficulties in the process of application.
