Roundtable Forum “Fair hearing & natural justice in international arbitration: Vietnamese and international approaches”

Recognizing the significance and impact of the due process principle on arbitral procedures, as well as the practical issues that may arise during dispute resolution, the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), in cooperation with the Faculty of International Law of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, and with the support of EPLegal LLC and Ha Long Law Firm, organizes the Roundtable forum titled “Fair hearing & natural justice in international arbitration: Vietnamese and international approaches”. The roundtable aims to provide a multi-dimensional perspective from both domestic and international experts on the arbitral tribunal’s jurisdiction and the application of due process in arbitration by analysing notable cases; thereby, offering insights and recommendations for appropriately applying the fairness when resolving disputes in arbitration
